Information we receive
The website has no forms, so we do not collect typed submissions through it. Information reaches us when you call, send an email or ask for service.
- Your phone number and call details, which the phone system records automatically.
- The name, address and problem description you give us on a call.
- The content of any email you send.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We tell callers this so you can decide whether to continue.
How we use it
We use your information to dispatch a plumber, confirm a price, schedule a visit, follow up on completed work and improve how calls are handled. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party content on this site
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps. Those providers may receive your IP address and device information when a page loads, under their own privacy policies.
We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.
Sharing and retention
We share the details a plumber needs to complete your job with the plumber assigned to it. We keep call and job records for as long as needed to serve you, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email contact@247plumberjohnstown.com with your request and the phone number you used.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers at the start of the call.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
